Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Executive Sous Chef to join our team, with 4-6 years of experience in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing kitchen operations and leading high-performing teams.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Manage and oversee daily kitchen operations to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Develop and implement menus catering to diverse tastes and dietary requirements.
  • Lead and motivate a team of chefs, providing guidance on cooking techniques and menu planning.
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Analyze customer feedback and implement changes to improve menu offerings.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Executive Sous Chef or similar role in a reputable establishment.
  • Strong knowledge of kitchen management, menu planning, and food safety protocols.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage teams.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meeting deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences through innovative cuisine and outstanding service.
