Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Executive Sous Chef to join our team at Hotel Palacio, with 8-12 years of experience in the hospitality industry.


Roles and Responsibility
  • Assist the Head Chef in planning and implementing menus that meet high culinary standards.
  • Supervise kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and presentation.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to source high-quality ingredients.
  • Conduct menu costing and inventory management to optimize resources.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean kitchen environment.
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve seamless service delivery.

Job Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a reputable hotel or restaurant.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety protocols and quality control measures.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage kitchen staff effectively.
  • Ability to work under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure high standards of food presentation and quality.
