Job Description

About the Role:

Talent Acquisition Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

Manage
end-to-end recruitment for Article and Lateral roles
across multiple business verticals.
Plan and execute
seasonal article hiring drives
(February, June, and September) as per annual intake targets.
Handle
lateral hiring
across levels and locations, ensuring timely closures in coordination with business SPOCs.
Coordinate with
business leaders and HR SPOCs
to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.
Draft and post
job ads and LinkedIn campaigns
to attract suitable candidates.
Screen resumes, schedule interviews, collect feedback, and ensure smooth candidate communication throughout the process.
Maintain
accurate hiring trackers, MIS reports, and dashboards
for management review.
Support
offer rollouts, pre-joining engagement, and onboarding
of new hires.
Build and manage talent pipelines for both
articles and experienced professionals
.
Contribute to process improvements, enhancing efficiency and candidate experience.

Key Skills & Attributes:

Proven experience in
Article and/or Lateral hiring
(preferably in consulting or Big 4 environment).
Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills.
Strong communication and follow-up abilities.
Proficient in
Excel, recruitment trackers, and HR tools
Ability to handle
high-volume hiring
and multitask effectively.
Team player with strong ownership and result orientation.
