🏥 Industry: Non-IT Hiring (Mandatory: US Healthcare – Medical Coding & RCM Hiring)


🔍 Key Responsibilities:


🔹Manage end-to-end recruitment: job postings, screening, interviews, offer negotiation

🔹Headhunting for critical and leadership roles

🔹Collaborate with hiring managers to strategize recruitment

🔹Source candidates via job portals and other channels

🔹Conduct interviews and assess cultural and role fit

🔹Maintain strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders


✅ Skills & Qualifications:


🔹1+ years in talent acquisition with full-cycle recruitment experience

🔹Mandatory experience in Medical Coding and RCM Hiring

🔹Strong headhunting and leadership hiring skills

🔹Excellent interview and assessment capabilities

🔹Proficient in job portals and sourcing tools
