Role & responsibilities Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, onboarding) for all hospital positions. Build a strong pipeline for clinical roles (doctors, nurses, paramedical staff) and non-clinical roles (administration, operations, finance, IT, etc.). Partner with departmental heads and hiring managers to understand manpower needs and provide timely solutions. Utilize multiple sourcing strategies job portals, social media, headhunting, employee referrals, campus hiring, and networking. Ensure TAT adherence for all recruitment activities and minimize position vacancy days. Maintain recruitment dashboards, MIS reports, and candidate databases with high accuracy . Conduct reference checks, background verification coordination , and ensure compliance with hospital HR policies and statutory requirements. Support employer branding initiatives by representing the hospital at career fairs, campus drives, and networking events . Drive continuous improvement in the hiring process by analyzing metrics (early attrition, offer dropouts, sourcing effectiveness). Ensure seamless candidate experience and uphold the hospitals values and culture throughout the recruitment journey Preferred candidate profile - Hospital Industry experience - Hiring - Kannada Language is mandatory - Willing to relocate to Yelahanka - Immediate joiner
