Sr. Manager Finance

We are looking for a detail-oriented Expense Reimbursement Executive to manage employee expense claims in compliance with company policies. The role will support a fast-growing AI-driven software organization, requiring strong analytical skills, accuracy, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams

Roles and Responsibilities

• Process employee expense reimbursement claims accurately and within defined timelines
• Review expense reports to ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements
• Verify supporting documents such as invoices, bills, and receipts
• Handle domestic and international travel expense claims
• Coordinate with employees to resolve discrepancies or missing information
• Maintain proper records and documentation for audits and compliance
• Work closely with Accounts Payable, Payroll and Finance colleagues
• Assist in month-end closing related to expense provisions and reconciliations
• Support internal and external audits by providing required expense-related data
• Suggest process improvements and automation opportunities for expense management.

Skills & Expertise

• Strong knowledge of expense reimbursement processes and policies
• Good understanding of accounting principles
• Hands-on experience with ERP or expense management tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Concur, Zoho, Tally, or similar)
• Good knowledge of GST / VAT implications on expenses
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Ability to handle high volumes of transactions
• Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables preferred)
• Exposure working with Global Teams (Must)

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Experience working in a technology or AI-driven organization
• Exposure to automation tools or workflow systems
• Experience in Global Vendor Management
