Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead Management & Engagement:
Manage and nurture incoming leads through calls, emails, and digital platforms. Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate lead details and follow-up status.
Coordination with Sales & Marketing:
Work closely with the sales team to schedule site visits and follow up on customer inquiries.
Customer Interaction & Support:
Serve as the first point of contact for potential homebuyers, providing detailed project information.
Reporting & Sales Targets:
Track sales activities, meet performance targets, and provide regular updates to management.

Skills Required:

Communication Skills:
Strong interpersonal skills with proficiency in English/Hindi and local language Good grooming standard is a must
Sales Skills:
Ability to understand customer needs and effectively close sales.
Customer Service:
Excellent relationship-building and customer service skills.
Tech-Savvy:
Basic proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital communication channels
