Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Odoo Pre-Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Odoo ERP system, strong business acumen, and excellent communication and presentation skills. This role is a critical link between the sales and technical teams, responsible for demonstrating the value of Odoo to potential clients and helping to close deals.
Key Responsibilities: Lead Qualification and Discovery: Work closely with the sales team to qualify leads and understand the specific business needs, pain points, and challenges of prospective clients. Conduct in-depth discovery and scoping sessions to gather detailed requirements. Analyze and understand clients current business processes and workflows. Solutioning and Demonstration: Design and propose tailored Odoo solutions that address client needs and align with their business goals. Prepare and deliver powerful, engaging, and customized demonstrations of the Odoo ERP system. Conduct workshops and client awareness sessions to showcase Odoo s capabilities. Create and present pre-sales displays and presentations. Proposal and Technical Support: Build competitive technical proposals, compliance statements, and Statements of Work (SOWs). Collaborate with the technical team to ensure proposed solutions are feasible and deliverable. Provide technical expertise and support to the sales team throughout the entire sales cycle. Address technical questions and objections from potential clients. Relationship Management and Collaboration: Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients. Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams to drive revenue growth. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows as needed. Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with the latest Odoo features, modules, and updates. Provide feedback to the product team based on market needs and client feedback. Required Skills and Qualifications: Experience: 5 years of experience in a pre-sales or similar client-facing role in software industry. Demonstrated history of working with and implementing the Odoo ERP system. Technical Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of Odoo modules and their functionalities (e. g. , CRM, Sales, Accounting, Inventory, Manufacturing, HR, etc. ). Strong understanding of business processes. Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Exceptional negotiation and time management skills. A high degree of proactivity, resourcefulness, and a customer-centric mindset. Education: Bachelor s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
