Job Description

Role & responsibilities Client Communication: Coordinate with prospective clients through voice calls, emails, and WhatsApp to build rapport and gather requirements effectively. Project Presentation: Provide comprehensive explanations of real estate projects, tailored to each clients needs, with the goal of building interest and trust. Client Engagement & Site Visits: Convince clients to schedule and attend site visits by effectively showcasing the projects value proposition. Inquiry Handling: Respond skillfully to client inquiries and objections, ensuring clear, informative, and persuasive communication. Lead Management: Manage digital leads from various sources, track all client interactions, and facilitate property site visits through consistent follow-ups until the booking stage is reached. Client Qualification & Assistance: Identify potential clients by understanding their preferences, budget, and investment goals. Assist them through the initial phases of the property buying process. On-site Coordination: Act as a liaison between Closing Managers and the Pre-Sales Department to streamline communication and avoid process gaps or clashes. Client Relationship Building: Establish and nurture long-term relationships with clients by understanding their evolving needs and offering personalized solutions. Call Quality Assurance: Maintain a high standard of client communication by adhering to the Sales call audit sheet and flow. Primary Contact Role: Serve as the companys representative in all initial client interactions, ensuring a positive brand image and experience. Follow-up & Nurturing: Ensure consistent follow-ups with clients, guiding them through the decision-making process and nurturing them into successful conversion. Preferred candidate profile Soft Skills: Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills. Strong ability to build rapport with clients, handle objections confidently, and manage multiple leads efficiently. Must be proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. Educational Background: Diploma or equivalent; candidates with a Bachelor's degree in any discipline or fresh MBA graduates will have an added advantage Experience: 13 years of experience in a presales, customer service, or real estate sales support role. Prior experience in managing real estate leads and coordinating site visits is preferred. Work Schedule: This is a full-time role requiring 6 working days per week, including weekends, with one weekday off.
