Objective of the role : To proactively engage with potential clients through telephonic communication, generate qualified leads, and schedule appointments for site visits, thereby contributing to the sales pipeline and achieving organizational sales targets. Position/Designation : Executive - Pre Sales Department : Sales Roles & Responsibilities: Initiate outbound calls to identify and engage potential clients. Qualify leads by assessing client needs, interest, and readiness. Schedule site visits or meetings to support the sales process. Maintain and update records accurately in the CRM system. Coordinate closely with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover and follow-up. Track performance metrics and share regular reports on calls, leads, and appointments.
