Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven and resourceful Sales Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top-tier sales talent to fuel the growth of our organization. You’ll partner closely with Sales Leadership to understand hiring needs and build a strong pipeline of candidates who thrive in performance-driven environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, job descriptions, and hiring plans for sales positions.
Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking events.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates’ sales aptitude, cultural fit, and motivation.Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to offer acceptance.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with internal stakeholders.
Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking SystemBuild and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Track and report recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, quality of hire, sourcing effectiveness).Promote our employer brand through social media, job postings, and career events.
