We Are Hiring – QC Chemist (Printing Ink / PU Resin) Cheons Specialty Chemicals Pvt. Ltd. is expanding! We are looking for a dedicated and skilled QC Chemist to join our Quality Control team for Raw Materials, In-Process and Finished Goods testing. 📍 Job Location: • Bhiwadi, Rajasthan • Ghilot, Neemrana, Rajasthan ⸻ 🔧 Key Responsibilities: • Testing of Raw Materials (RM), In-Process Batches, and Finished Goods (FG) as per QC standards. • Conduct routine QC tests: Viscosity, Solid Content, Acid Value, OH Value, Gloss, Density, Fineness, Drawdown Shade Matching, etc. • QC for Printing Inks: Shade matching, rub resistance, adhesion, drying & film performance tests. • QC for PU Resins / Specialty Polymers: reaction monitoring, physical property checks and batch approval. • Maintain QC logs, COA preparation, RM approval/rejection records. • Ensure calibration & good laboratory practices (GLP) in QC Lab. • Support customer complaint analysis & CAPA implementation. ⸻ 🎓 Qualification / Experience: • B.Sc / M.Sc Chemistry OR Diploma in Paint / Polymer / Ink Technology. • 1–5 years experience in Printing Ink / PU Resin / Paint / Coatings / Adhesives QC. • Hands-on experience with viscometer, gloss meter, pH meter, Hegman gauge, etc.
