• The Service Excellence Staff is responsible for enhancing the overall patient experience by delivering exceptional service and ensuring patient satisfaction throughout their visit. This role acts as a bridge between patientsfamiliesand hospital staffaddressing concerns promptly and fostering a culture of empathyrespectand quality care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet patientsvisitorsand families warmlyproviding assistance and information as needed.
  
• Address patient inquiriescomplaintsand concerns in a timelyprofessionaland empathetic manner.
  
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to resolve patient issues and improve service delivery.
