Executive – Marketing

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Admissions Support
  • Assist in managing the admissions cycle by handling enquiries, follow-ups, and data entry in the CRM.
  • Perform lead qualification calls and update CRM records accurately.
  • Generate daily/weekly admission status reports and highlight key insights to the manager.
  • Support admissions managers in tracking lead stages and parent interactions.
  • Coordinate with channel partners/vendors to ensure lead generation activities are executed smoothly.
  • School Events Coordination
  • Assist in planning and organising school events by coordinating with teachers, principals, and coordinators.
  • Work with the design team and vendors (photographers, printers, AV suppliers, etc.) to ensure timely delivery of event-related requirements.
  • Execute pre-event, during-event, and post-event marketing activities (emailers, WhatsApp campaigns, posters, social media posts).
  • Ensure smooth vendor management for logistics.
  • Internal Branding
  • Coordinate with school teams to collect requirements for branding (signage, flex, standees, etc.).
  • Liaise with vendors and the design team for execution of internal branding needs.
  • Outdoor Marketing Support
  • Support in planning and execution of outdoor campaigns (hoardings, bus shelters, banners, inserts).
  • Coordinate with external vendors to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and as per brief.
  • Digital Marketing Support
  • Assist in website updates (events, newsletters, photos, etc.) and coordinate with the website vendor.
  • Track and report website analytics and suggest improvements.
  • Ensure SEO best practices are followed in coordination with the digital agency.
  • Paid Marketing & Social Media
  • Support in planning and monitoring paid digital campaigns (Google, Meta, etc.) with agencies.
  • Track and report campaign performance metrics (clicks, leads, conversions).
  • Research trending themes, hashtags, and topics for social media.
  • Prepare monthly social media performance reports (engagement, reach, follower growth).
  • Assist in email, SMS, and WhatsApp campaigns by coordinating with design/content teams.
  • Reporting & Insights
  • Collate data from CRM, campaigns, and events to prepare structured reports.
  • Assist in preparing PowerPoint presentations and Excel trackers for management review.
  • Ad-Hoc Work
  • Be open to supporting additional marketing activities as per business needs.

Desired Technical Skills

  • CRM Tools (Zoho/Salesforce/LeadSquared – exposure preferred).
  • Good knowledge of Excel & PowerPoint.
  • Basic understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and Analytics.
