Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Executive - Learning & Development to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in learning and development, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in learning and development, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design models.
  • Experience with learning management systems and e-learning platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
