Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Executive - HRSS to join our team in the International sector. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 7 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a BPO or Call Centre environment.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with employees, management, and other stakeholders.
Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to improve business outcomes.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in Human Resources, preferably in a BPO or Call Centre setting.
Strong understanding of international HR practices and regulations.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency in HR software and systems.
Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
