Role & responsibilities Recruitment- Handling Recruitment of new employees through Consultants, Job Portals and Internal references. On boarding/Induction Formalities- Post selection of candidate, coordination in fulfillment of joining kits (paper formalities) and preparation of Personnel Files, Issuance of Appointment Letter on the joining day. Briefing of job description and compensation & benefits to new joiners. Induction formalities and property round. Issuance of Identity Cards, Coordination with Bank official for opening Salary Accounts of newly Joined employees. Attendance and Leave Management- Handling Attendance Software, Checking and monitoring attendance data of on roll staff captured by bio metric machine Calculation of days payable for salary preparation. Monitoring and updating leave balances of employees. Payroll Processing - Payroll processing through Payroll software and disbursement. Compensation & Benefit - Structuring and reimbursement of C & B components i.e. Salary, PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, LTA, Medical, Leave encashment, O.T., etc. Statutory Compliance- Handling compliance work under different Acts i.e. EPF Act, ESI Act, Gratuity Act, Bonus Act, Shops & Establishment Act, LWF Act, BOCW Act, CLRA Act . HR Letters Issuance- Preparation and issuance of various kind of HR letters (i.e. Offer Letter, Appointment Letter, Confirmation letter, Employment Certificate, Experience Letter, Transfer Letter, Relieving letter, Warning letter, Salary Certificate etc.) Grievance handling- Handling and sorting out various types of grievances and issues arising by the employees time to time. Employee’s Engagement Activities- Establishing employee engagement and welfare activities like birthday celebrations, farewells, Festival Celebrations, Gifts & Sweets distributions. Administrative Activities- Handling of administrative work, i.e. purchase of official Stationary/Pantry/Sanitary items etc. through vendors. Contract agreements with Housekeeping and Security contractors and look after timely statutory compliance are being made by them. Processing of bills of vendors with coordination of finance department. Regularly updating Notice Boards with (Circulars, Memo, and Notices etc.) Exit interview/Full & final Formalities- Conducting Exit Interviews (negative or positive feedback about company, area of improvement) during the tenure of service of the associate. Ensuring timely updating of exit clearance checklist and taking back company assets assigned to departing associate on last working day, for smooth settlement of full and final dues without any delay with coordination of Finance department.
