Job Description

You will be responsible for managing the recruitment cycle, including creating job descriptions, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating the onboarding process. Additionally, you will handle employee records, performance management, employee relations, compensation, benefits, attendance monitoring, leave management, and addressing grievances. Key Responsibilities: - Create job descriptions - Screen candidates - Conduct interviews - Facilitate the onboarding process - Manage employee records - Handle performance management - Manage employee relations - Administer compensation and benefits - Monitor attendance - Manage leave requests - Address grievances effectively Qualification Required: - Graduation/Post Graduation in a relevant field with 3-5 years of experience - Only male candidates are desired for this position - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent sourcing and networking abilities Please note that this is a full-time position with a day shift schedule. The work location is in person at Barabanki with a salary range of 16-18K.,
