The primary responsibility of this role is to drive student admissions by effectively communicating and promoting the school’s unique selling propositions (USP) to prospective parents and communities. Key Responsibilities - Admissions & Sales Achieve admission targets set for the assigned campus. Conduct effective parent counseling sessions, both in-person and online. Convert enquiries into admissions through persuasive communication of school benefits. Maintain enquiry-to-admission conversion ratios. Marketing & Outreach Promote the school’s brand in local communities through events, workshops, and awareness campaigns. Implement both online and offline marketing strategies (social media, digital campaigns, print, and local outreach). Establish tie-ups with local businesses, play schools, and community groups to drive admissions. Stakeholder Engagement Build and maintain strong relationships with parents, prospective families, and local influencers. Provide regular feedback from the field to school management for continuous improvement. Coordinate with central marketing team at Azvasa Education for campaign execution. Reporting & Tracking Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, and conversions using CRM/ERP tools. Share weekly reports on marketing activities and admissions status. Track competition in the region and suggest strategies to strengthen school positioning. Candidate Profile - Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. MBA/PGDM preferred (not mandatory). Experience 2–5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development , preferably in education, admissions, or service industry . Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Skills & Attributes Strong communication, presentation, and persuasion skills. Local market knowledge and ability to connect with parents/community. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive in outreach. Comfortable working with both digital and field-based marketing. Willingness to travel locally within assigned territory. Performance Indicators Achievement of admission targets for the assigned school. Conversion rates from enquiries to admissions. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth functioning of HR processes, maintain employee engagement, and contribute to building a positive and productive workplace culture. Key Responsibilities 1. HR Operations: Manage the KEKA HR portal , including attendance, payroll coordination, and employee data updates. Maintain and organize employee files with accuracy and confidentiality. Handle joining and exit formalities , ensuring a smooth onboarding and offboarding experience. Prepare, issue, and track appointment letters, confirmations, and other HR documents . Coordinate and execute office programmes, employee engagement events, and celebrations . 2. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Handle end-to-end recruitment for all Azvasa Group positions . Source, screen, and shortlist profiles through various job portals and professional networks. Schedule and conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate with department heads for final rounds. Maintain an active pipeline of potential candidates for ongoing and future requirements. 3. Employee Relations & Feedback: Facilitate regular employee feedback mechanisms to understand team needs and sentiments. Take rapid and empathetic action on employee concerns to ensure a supportive workplace culture. Support initiatives to improve employee satisfaction, retention, and organizational morale. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or Business Administration (Master’s preferred). 1–3 years of experience in HR operations and recruitment (EdTech or Education sector experience is a plus). Proficiency in HR software tools like KEKA or similar platforms. Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
