Executive - HR

Experience in talent acquisition, HR MIS, budget preparation, and performance management, contributing to the organizations growth while ensuring continuous personal and professional development.

• Leading end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes

• Maintaining and updating HRIS and recruitment trackers

• Preparing monthly HR MIS reports and HR dashboards

• Actively involved in manpower budgeting and cost analysis

• Supporting the implementation and monitoring of PMS (Performance Management System)

• Coordinating appraisals and maintaining performance records

• Focused on designing structured training plans and aligning them with performance goals and PMS

Resignation Management :-

• Prepare Monthly Resignation Report Dept. wise and Project wise.

• Consult with HOD for acceptance.

• Give fare and honest feedback to Management for the reason of leaving.

• Proper Counseling of Employees (If needed)

• Conduct Exit Interview.

• Complete Handling Over and Releasing Formalities.

• To check the necessary documents for full and final settlement.

MIS :-

• To Collect necessary information for preparation of report

• Timely Submission of report

• Analyze feedback report with HOD

• Take Corrective measures (if required)
