Job Description

As an AR Verticals Support Specialist, your role will primarily involve focusing on Retention Management and Engagement Activities within the organization. You will play a critical part in executing engagement initiatives, fostering positive employee relations, and implementing HR policies effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Drive retention management strategies and lead engagement activities such as Skip Meetings, One-on-One Discussions, TL-HR Meets, and other Connect Sessions. - Execute Employee Satisfaction Surveys, analyze the results, and collaborate with business heads to establish the engagement charter. - Oversee growth initiatives like Internal Job Postings, Process Postings, and Promotion Interviews. - Foster healthy employee-employer relations by building effective relationships with stakeholders. - Manage the complete hire-to-retire cycle with a focus on Engage, Enable, and Retain. - Strategize and ensure the execution of Employee Relations initiatives throughout the organization. - Update and implement HR policies, conduct presentations, and provide refresher training. - Investigate policy violations and take appropriate disciplinary actions. - Organize motivational, team-building, and business-related activities including floor games and quizzes. - Conduct and analyze employee engagement surveys and implement plans to enhance engagement scores. - Develop strategies for recognizing and rewarding associates, managing award ceremonies from planning to execution. - Address employee queries, grievances, and escalations promptly, acting as a mediator between management and employees for issue resolution. - Conduct exit interviews, escalate arising issues, prepare monthly attrition reports, track trends, and formulate retention strategies. - Conduct one-on-one meetings with critical talent and communicate insights to leadership effectively. - Ensure effective communication of policy guidelines, employment processes, and benefits. - Conduct workshops, surveys, and manage change management initiatives. - Develop content for communications aligned with leadership input. - Maintain updated employee databases, prepare monthly reports, and track relevant data points such as events, confirmations, and exits. Qualifications Required: - Strong understanding of Retention Management and Employee Engagement principles. - Proficiency in implementing HR policies and conducting employee relations activities effectively. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders. - Ability to analyze survey results and formulate actionable plans for enhancing employee engagement. - Experience in organizing and managing events, team-building activities, and recognition programs. - Proficient in conducting exit interviews, preparing reports, and tracking trends for retention strategies. - Knowledge of change management initiatives and effective communication strategies.
