Job Description

Handling full life cycle Recruitment activities include; posting Positions, Pre-screening connecting candidates over the phone, interview arrangements and closing. Monitoring time attendance and leave management across the levels. Plan and coordinate employee development programs, including workshops, seminars, and training sessions Scheduling and co-ordination for induction programme/ various training programme with all POs and Factories. Coordinating and following up with head office for the monthly inputs etc Validating the payroll inputs and correcting the error, ensuring timely closure of payroll process and timely disbursal of salary. Timely processing and submission of all statutory payments like PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, etc. Maintaining a tracker for all required mandatory statutory related documents for PF & Gratuity. And also for PF transfer & withdrawal applications. Maintaining of all statutory documents like Challans, receipts, etc. Visiting Labour office, PF office, etc for statutory related activities Maintaining all the statutory registers (Wage, attendance, leave, Maternity, Overtime and Advance registers) as per the requirement. Monthly compliance Audit document coordination with Head Office Keeping tracker for all licenses so before due date process will start for renewals.
