Job Description :- Experience in Pellet plant. Good knowledge in overall Quality Control Activities Chemical Analysis of Iron ore Fines, Limestone, Dolomite, Bentonite, Coal as well as finished product Pellet like Fe, Feo, Sio2, Al2O3, LOI, CaO, MgO, Swelling index, PWA and in coal like Ash, VM, IM and FC etc. Physical Analysis like Tumbler Index, Abrasion Index, Blaine number, GCS, Specific Gravity, Bulk Density,Porosity etc. Handle carbon and Sulfur analyzer of Leco CS230 Handle Malvern Particle size Analyzer. Physical Analysis of all Raw materials. Expedite daily production output by assuring the timely flow of all quality control Oversees inspection and monitoring of incoming raw material in process and finished products effluents and emissions etc. as applicable. checks and corrections & evaluating hazards and providing mitigation measures. Design the chemistry of the product-in-making as per customer requirements. Process control dept in Pellet & beneficiation plant. Attend Management Review meetings; consolidate and present data that accurately reports key quality indicators and results of correction action efforts. Communicate with suppliers through the Procurement & Planning Team on matters related to procured products to enhance productivity at low cost. Ensure weekly review and documented quality control inspections of the finished product. Perform as an internal auditor for Integrated Quality (ISO 9001:2015), Environmental (ISO 14001:2015) & Health and Safety (ISO 45001:2018) Management Systems. Physical Testing :- Tumbler Index Apparatus (T.I) Reducibility Index (RI) &Reduction Degradation Index(RDI) instruments Handling Experience :- X-Ray Fluorescence Spectrometre (XRF Company: Rigaku & Panalytical) Optical Emission Spectroscopy( Spectrolab M8, M11, M12) LECO CS844 Carbon Sulpher Analyzer LECO ONH836 Oxygen, Nitrogen, Hydrogen Analyzer Of Steel Gas Chromatography IR Spctroscopy UV-Vis Spectrophotometer Rapiscan Satmagan-135 Karl Fischer Titrino Orsat Linder Test Apparatu RI & RDI Instrument Bomb Calorimete Blaine Apparatus Moisture Analyzer Computer proficiency : - Good knowledge in Windows XP, MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel), Internet & E-Mailing, Working in Software SAP, Level - 2
