Job Description :- Good knowledge of Experience with Overall Mechanical Maintenance of Pellet Plants Experience with Project, Commissioning & Mechanical Maintenance of Pellet Plants Straight grate furnace equiepment and Addtive Grinding Mill and filteration Equiepment and their Preventive Mechanical Maintenance work Planning & Maintenance. Maintenance of Conveyors, Screens, Additive grinding section (Maintenance of roller & ball Mill-Both CEMTEC), Ball Mill (METSO) process fans, lube. Circuit, deducting system like cyclone, bag house etc.), Maintenance of Induration furnace-(METSO), Maintenance of Balling disc (ROTO AUTO & CEMTEC), Maintenance of Utility (Pump, Compressor, Dedusting System), Condition monitoring of pellet plant equipments (vibration Analysis-Level-1 Certified, ultrasonic thickness gauge, stroboscope, pyrometer. Overall Maintenance Planning & Inventory management through SAP PM & MM Module, involved in TPM (Total productive maintenance) mainly KK-pillar-basically related to Maintenance cost activities, involved in TQM (Total quality management) & IMS (Integrated management system). Preparation of maintenance schedule for each equipment. Making plans for the shutdown jobs. Man power planning & job distribution. Spare parts planning. Responsible to prepare the monthly report of mechanical department. Maintenance activity of slurry and fresh water pumps including pipe line. Maintenance activity of Scrubber mill and ball mill. Maintenance activity of Hydro cyclones. Maintenance activity of VPA. Maintenance activity of TH filter. Maintenance activity of thickener. Maintenance activity of Belt conveyor. Maintenance activity of vibrating screen. Maintenance activity of Pellet plant process Fan and ID Fan. Mechanical Maintenance of all equipments in 0.6 mpta and 1.2 mpta pellet plant. Handled by Gear box, motors, gears alignments works. All types of fan dismentaling and re-assembling ,bearing changing, Fan balancing and alliegnment work. Maintenance of Coal pulavarized unit, Hot Gassifier etc. Erection & Maintenance of pollution control equipments such as Ash conveying system etc. Controlling the inventory,developing the indent ,managing man power distribution and control.
