Executive - HR

We are looking for Executive - HR for one of the leading Salon Brand

Designation: Executive - HR

Location: Mumbai

Exp: 2+ Yrs

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment and onboarding:

  Source and screen candidates for roles like stylists, beauticians, Salon Desk & etc. Conduct interviews and manage the end-to-end hiring process.Oversee onboarding for new employees, including orientation and initial training.

• Employee relations and engagement:

  Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and grievances.Organize training, workshops, and social events to boost morale.Promote a positive and cohesive work environment.

• Payroll and benefits:

  Collect and verify attendance and leave data. Assist with payroll processing, including salary disbursement, and coordinate with finance on deductions.Help administer employee benefits and compensation packages.

• Compliance and record-keeping:

  Maintain accurate employee records, including personal information, contracts, and attendance.Ensure adherence to labor laws and internal HR policies.Handle documentation for statutory requirements like PF and ESI.

• Performance management:

  Support the performance appraisal process and monitor probation periods.Provide feedback and assist in developing employee goals.

• HR administration:

  Assist in developing and updating HR policies.Handle employee transfers, promotions, and terminations, including exit interviews. Liaise with department heads to understand workforce needs and maintain synergy across departments.

Essential skills and qualifications.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
• Knowledge of HR practices and labor laws
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is often required
