Key Responsibilities: Sales Management: Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned territory. Drive primary and secondary sales growth through effective distribution strategies. Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and manage a team of Sales Officers / Territory Sales Executives to ensure performance KPIs are met. Provide training, mentoring, and motivation. Distributor Management: Appoint, manage, and drive performance of distributors. Ensure ROI for partners, timely claim settlements, and sufficient stock availability. Market Execution: Ensure excellent market coverage and in-store execution. Monitor visibility, availability, and brand presence across retail outlets. Data & Reporting: Analyze sales data, track performance metrics, and prepare regular MIS reports. Provide market feedback on competitor activities, pricing, and schemes.
