Job Description

Role Overview: As an Executive-HR at EXG Third Party Logistics LLP, you will be responsible for managing and directing all human resources tasks. Your primary duties will include sourcing talents, handling end-to-end attendance and compliance management of staff members, and serving as the first point of contact for staff queries. Key Responsibilities: - Source blue-collar and white-collar employees effectively - Coordinate with the team to schedule interviews - Arrange accommodation and book travel tickets for the blue-collar team - Collaborate with Site Manager/HR to understand job descriptions for recruitment - Monitor daily attendance and update discrepancies in the Customer Database - Verify compliance documents and submit them to clients for review - Initiate and manage Monthly/Quarterly/Annual Reward & Recognition programs and communicate winners on an organizational level - Conduct HRMS training sessions for staff as needed Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field - 2-3 years of experience in HR function - Competencies: Good communication skills, Passion for HR, Result-oriented, Go-getter, Problem solver, Smart worker, Team player, Career-focused - Advanced skills in MS Office; experience with HRMS software is an added advantage Role Overview: As an Executive-HR at EXG Third Party Logistics LLP, you will be responsible for managing and directing all human resources tasks.
