Responsible to lead and develop the IT team .Defining IT Roadmap aligned with company goals and objectives. Role holder is also expected to formulate policies for IT, undertake long term planning and support problem solving on current / potential issues. Responsible for protecting and securing all information and data of the company. Responsible for automating business processes to reduce cycle time. Responsible for providing adequate and appropriate IT services in the company Key Responsibility SAP & ERP Management Lead full lifecycle implementations and upgrades of SAP S/4 HANA (modules: FICO, MM, SD, PS, QM, PP, PM, DMS). Conduct thorough business requirement analysis and oversee system design, configuration, data migration, testing, and post-implementation support. Customize and configure SAP modules to enhance operational efficiency across departments. Ensure seamless integration between SAP and third-party applications. Manage SAP enhancements, version upgrades, user access controls, and authorizations. Develop and maintain project documentation, user manuals, and SOPs for SAP and related tools. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot SAP-related issues in collaboration with internal and external teams. Implement Business Intelligence (BI) tools and manage reporting & MIS requirements. Project & Stakeholder Management Lead and manage SAP and IT projects using project management methodologies like ASAP and SAP Activate. Collaborate with functional heads and business stakeholders to understand and translate business needs into scalable IT solutions. Create detailed project plans, define timelines, allocate resources, and manage project budgets. Provide regular updates to senior management on project progress, risks, and mitigation strategies. Drive change management initiatives, ensuring smooth user adoption and minimizing business disruption. Identify and initiate new IT projects to enhance productivity, digital maturity, and competitive advantage. IT Strategy & Governance Develop and execute the long-term IT roadmap in alignment with organizational goals. Formulate and monitor annual IT budgets, ensuring cost-effective utilization of resources. Define IT policies and governance frameworks for infrastructure, application usage, security, and compliance. Select, implement, or develop appropriate business software solutions in collaboration with department heads. Drive automation and digital enablement across departments through innovative IT solutions. Establish and review IT performance metrics and dashboards to evaluate efficiency and outcomes. Infrastructure & Operations Management Oversee the administration and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, firewalls, VPNs, and cloud services. Ensure the availability, integrity, and performance of the corporate network and all deployed systems. Implement robust cybersecurity policies, data protection strategies, and disaster recovery plans. Manage IT assets lifecycle, including procurement, AMC contracts, and vendor negotiations. Supervise corporate and local site IT operations to ensure 24x7 availability and support. Regularly review and upgrade IT hardware and software to meet growing business needs. Oversee maintenance of in-house applications, local servers, and resolution of technical issues at all locations. Team Leadership & Development Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of SAP consultants, developers, and IT support professionals. Define team structure, recruit skilled professionals, and ensure onboarding and role clarity. Conduct regular performance appraisals, training programs, and career development initiatives. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning within the IT team. Identify and groom future IT leaders within the organization. Skills & QualificationsQualifications B.Tech in Computer Science. / IT engg. / MCA Experience At least 12-15 years of industry experience with more than 5 years experience in a similar role and senior leadership position.
