Reception Management – handling visitors, calls, and inquiries professionally. Scheduling & Coordination – managing appointments, reservations, and staff rosters. Record Keeping – maintaining visitor logs, reports, billing details, or patient files (in hospitals). Computer Proficiency – MS Office, spreadsheets, email, CRM or Hospital Management Software (HMS). Cash Handling / Billing – managing payments, invoices, and petty cash. Polite & Professional Communication – verbal and written, with staff, patients, or guests. Conflict Resolution – calming upset visitors/customers and resolving issues smoothly. Multilingual Ability – an advantage in cities with diverse populations. Listening & Empathy – understanding client/patient needs.
