Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete recruitment life cycle, including manpower requisition, job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer coordination, and onboarding.
Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, employee referrals, social media, and recruitment agencies.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate further interview rounds with hiring managers.
Maintain accurate recruitment records, candidate databases, and recruitment metrics.
Coordinate offer letters, negotiate compensation within approved frameworks, and ensure timely closure of positions.
Support onboarding activities and ensure smooth integration of new hires.
