Job Description

Role overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in managing core HR operations, ensuring smooth execution of employee lifecycle processes, and supporting coordination across various HR functions.

Role description.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Manage employee life cycle, handle confirmation process for employees.
Prepare and issue relieving letters for exiting employees.
Conduct ex-employee verifications as per company policy.
Manage Mediclaim enrolment and queries for employees.
Perform D365 system entries and maintain accurate HR records.
Support in miscellaneous HR tasks and documentation.
Assist in cross-functional coordination for HR-related activities.
Provide support in organizing HR initiatives and compliance tasks.

Required skills and Experience:

Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
1–2 years of experience in HR operations or generalist roles.
Familiarity with HR systems (preferably Microsoft D365) and MS Office tools.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
