Job Description

Talent Acquisition

Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle, encompassing requirements gathering, job description development, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and offer issuance.
Employ a variety of sourcing strategies, including job portals, professional networking platforms, employee referrals, and internal databases, to identify and attract skilled talent.
Conduct preliminary resume screening and initial HR interviews (telephonic and in-person) to objectively evaluate candidates qualifications, relevant experience, and alignment with organizational standards.
Execute thorough reference and background checks for all final-stage candidates prior to onboarding.

Attendance and Leave Management

Monitor and maintain accurate daily employee attendance records using approved biometric or HRMS systems, upholding company policies and compliance requirements.
Compile and validate monthly attendance and leave statements for seamless payroll processing.

General HR Functions

Maintain and update employee data within the HRIS, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with prevailing data protection regulations.
Assist with the resolution of routine employee grievances and workplace issues, supporting the organisation’s standards for conduct and culture.
Participate in HR-led initiatives, including employee engagement programs, performance management cycles, and process improvement projects as assigned.
