Preferred candidate profile A dynamic Corporate Sales professional with a proven track record of success in the Kerala market, adept at forging strategic partnerships with corporate clients and possessing a keen understanding of regional business dynamics. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong negotiation skills, a passion for tailoring solutions to meet client needs, and a proactive approach to achieving and exceeding sales targets in the Kerala corporate sector. Responsibilities Conduct market research to identify trends & opportunities in the corporate sector. Target and acquire new corporate clients, negotiate terms and agreements to establish mutually beneficial partnerships. Conduct frequent travel to various states in India & Work closely with corporate clients to create customized packages aligned with their target market and business goals. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials for the corporate segment. Achieve sales targets from the corporate sector from the assigned Market Explore upselling opportunities and additional revenue streams within the corporate clientele. Attend Corporate events, trade shows, and conferences to build a network of potential corporate clients and stay informed about industry trends. Gather feedback from corporate clients to improve services and address issues promptly. Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities within the corporate sales segment. Requirements Proven experience in business development, with a strong focus on the Corporate Segments Exceptional negotiation and relationship-building skills. Team Player Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in IT skills Strong analytical and reporting skills. Effective communication and presentation abilities.
