Executive - HR

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment Coordination & Onboarding

• Coordinate with candidates during offer negotiation, joining formalities, and onboarding processes.
• Prepare and issue offer letters, appointment letters, and other employment documents.
• Ensure smooth onboarding and induction of new employees.

2. Employee Records & File Management

• Maintain and update employee personal files and HR databases accurately.
• Ensure all documentation is complete and compliant with company and statutory requirements.
• Track employee confirmations, transfers, and separations.

3. HR Operations & Attendance Management

• Manage attendance, leave records, and absence management systems.
• Generate periodic HR reports related to attendance, leave, and workforce data.
• Coordinate with department heads to ensure data accuracy.

4. Payroll & Statutory Compliance Support

• Assist in monthly payroll processing by providing attendance and related inputs.
• Support statutory compliance activities related to PF, ESI, gratuity, and other HR regulations.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor laws and statutory requirements.

5. General HR Administration

• Handle day-to-day HR operations and employee queries.
• Support employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.
• Ensure HR policies and procedures are effectively implemented.
