Executive - HR

Role Overview: You will be managing and directing all human resources tasks for EXG Third Party Logistics LLP. Your responsibilities will include sourcing talents, handling end-to-end attendance, and compliance management for staff members. You will serve as the first point of contact for staff queries. Key Responsibilities: - Source blue-collar and white-collar employees effectively - Coordinate with the team to schedule interviews - Arrange accommodation and book travel tickets for the blue-collar team - Collaborate with Site Manager/HR to understand JD for recruitment - Update and reconcile daily attendance records, ensuring accuracy in Customer Database - Check compliance documents and submit them to clients for review - Initiate and oversee Monthly/Quarterly/Annual Reward & Recognition programs, communicating winner details organization-wide - Provide HRMS training to staff as needed Qualifications Required: - Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field - Work Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR function - Competencies: Good communication skills, Passion for HR, Results-oriented, Go-getter, Problem solver, Smart worker, Team player, Career-focused - Advanced skills: Proficiency in MS Office, experience with HRMS software is an added advantage,
