Key Responsibilities:

Process employee exit formalities and coordinate timely Full Final (FF) settlements.
Accurately maintain and update employee data in HRMS/HRIS systems.
Generate periodic HR reports such as headcount, attrition, and leave balances.
Ensure timely and error-free payroll input coordination.
Monitor and maintain daily attendance records via biometric and HRMS platforms.
Track employee leave applications and ensure compliance with company policies.
Address attendance discrepancies and escalate unresolved issues appropriately.
Support the maintenance of statutory compliance records (PF, ESIC, etc.).
Liaise with the Finance/Accounts team and external vendors for timely payment processing.
Assist in preparing HR-related documentation for internal audits and labour law inspections.
