Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Maintain and update employee records in HR systems (attendance, leaves, database).
  • Support payroll inputs, statutory compliance (PF, ESIC), and HR documentation.
  • Coordinate performance reviews, confirmations, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Handle employee queries and assist in grievance resolution.

Requirements:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field.
  • Fresher
  • Good communication, interpersonal, and MS Excel/HRMS handling skills.
