Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive

Executive HR Operations (US Shift)

to support day-to-day HR processes for our US business operations. The role involves handling employee data management,

onboarding, compliance, HR documentation, payroll coordination, and providing support for HR policies while working in alignment with US shift timings.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes (onboarding to exit).
Prepare and maintain HR documentation including offers, contracts, and employee records.
Ensure accurate data entry and updates in HR systems/HRIS.
Support payroll preparation by providing relevant employee data.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to address employee queries and issues.
Handle employee benefits administration and leave/attendance management.
Ensure compliance with internal HR policies and labor laws relevant to US operations.
Generate and maintain HR reports, dashboards, and analytics.
Assist in performance management, engagement activities, and other HR initiatives.
Provide HR support for employees during US business hours.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor s / Master s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
1 3 years of experience in HR operations
Good knowledge of HR operations, payroll inputs, and compliance practices.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS tools.
Ability to work in night shifts aligned with US time zones.

Preferred Qualities:

Experience in US HR operations, payroll, or benefits administration.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Problem-solving mindset and employee-centric approach.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
