Key Responsibilities:

Assist in managing the complete recruitment cycle sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles.
Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, social media platforms, and employee referrals.
Shortlist and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring teams.
Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.
Coordinate pre-boarding and onboarding formalities for selected candidates.
Support employer branding initiatives and career events.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Adhere to company HR policies and recruitment compliance.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor s / Master s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
0 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
Familiarity with job portals, sourcing methods, and recruitment tools.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of ATS will be an added advantage.
Male candidates preferrable
