Job Description

We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled Executive Housekeeper & Sustainability Leader to join our team at Fairmont, with 10-18 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Oversee daily housekeeping operations to ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
Develop and implement sustainable practices to reduce environmental impact and promote eco-friendly initiatives.
Lead cross-functional teams to achieve sustainability goals and objectives.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction.
Implement and maintain quality control measures to uphold high standards of service excellence.
Analyze and report on sustainability performance metrics to senior management.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in housekeeping management, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort setting.
Strong knowledge of sustainable practices and their application in the hospitality industry.
Excellent leadership and communication skills to motivate and manage teams.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive sustainability initiatives.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality and service.
Experience working with various stakeholders, including guests, suppliers, and internal teams.
