Job Title: Condition Monitoring Engineer (A.IoT-Based Department: Predictive Maintenance / IoT Engineering Experience Level: 2–5 Years Employment Type: Full-Time Purpose of the Role:We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Condition Monitoring Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for deploying and managing A.IoT-based solutions for condition monitoring, handling equipment commissioning, providing after-sales technical support, and conducting on-site inspections and troubleshooting. This role demands strong technical acumen, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Key Responsibilities:A. A.IoT-Based Condition MonitoringDeploy and manage IoT sensors and gateways for remote equipment monitoring. Configure and maintain cloud-based condition monitoring platforms. Develop data analytics algorithms to detect anomalies and predict equipment failures. Leverage IoT data to optimize maintenance schedules and improve asset reliability. Generate real-time dashboards and performance reports. Work with wireless sensor networks and associated technologies. B. CommissioningInstall and configure IoT sensors, communication devices, and data acquisition systems. Integrate A.IoT systems with existing industrial control and monitoring platforms. Validate system functionality, test network connectivity, and ensure data accuracy. Support commissioning documentation and system handover to clients. C. After-Sales SupportProvide remote and on-site technical support for A.IoT-based condition monitoring systems. Troubleshoot issues related to connectivity, data transmission, and software platforms. Conduct training sessions for customers on IoT platforms and data interpretation. Utilize help desk systems for efficient support ticket management. D. On-Site ResponsibilitiesPerform on-site installation, inspection, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IoT sensors. Collect and analyze on-site equipment data for diagnostics and improvement opportunities. Prepare and submit detailed reports on equipment health and site visits. Travel to customer sites for field operations as required. E. Data Analysis & ReportingAnalyze large datasets from sensors to identify trends and patterns. Generate actionable insights on equipment health and reliability. Recommend improvements in maintenance planning and operational efficiency. F. Continuous ImprovementStay current with emerging IoT technologies and condition monitoring tools. Contribute to the development and refinement of A.IoT-based monitoring solutions. Identify areas for process improvement and operational excellence. Maintain comprehensive and accurate project and support documentation. Desired Candidate Profile:Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, or Mechatronics Engineering. Certified CAT-II in Condition Monitoring (preferred). Hands-on experience in condition monitoring of rotating equipment. Proficient with IoT devices, cloud platforms, and industrial networking. Excellent analytical, communication, and troubleshooting skills. Willingness to travel for client visits, installations, and field troubleshooting.
