Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Executive Chef to lead our kitchen operations. The ideal candidate will bring culinary excellence, leadership, and operational efficiency to ensure an exceptional dining experience for our guests. Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage all kitchen staff, including chefs, cooks, and support team. Plan and design creative, seasonal, and cost-effective menus. Ensure consistency in quality, taste, and presentation of all dishes. Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and sanitation in the kitchen. Oversee inventory management, food cost control, and vendor coordination. Train and mentor culinary team, conduct regular performance reviews. Collaborate with the F&B and Operations team for events and promotions. Implement SOPs and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Key Requirements:Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef (8+ years preferred). Expertise in [Continental/Indian/Asian/Italian/etc.] cuisine. Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills. Knowledge of kitchen budgeting, food costing, and inventory systems. Ability to thrive under pressure and handle high-volume operations. Culinary degree or diploma preferred. Additional Details:Language: Good command of English required. Availability: Immediate joiners preferred. Personality: Creative, disciplined, and hands-on leader.
