Job Description

Position: Pub Captain Location: Akan, Gachibowli, Hyderabad Salary: Up to ₹22,000 per month (based on experience) Experience: 2-4 years in bar/pub or casual dining restaurant Joining: Immediate preferred Job Responsibilities:Supervise floor operations and ensure smooth service during shifts Greet and seat guests with a friendly and professional attitude Coordinate with stewards and runners to maintain timely service Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are met at all times Handle guest complaints and queries efficiently Take orders when required and ensure upselling of beverages/food Maintain stock levels of service items and inform management of shortages Assist in training and motivating junior staff Prepare daily shift reports and update the management Requirements:Proven experience in a similar role at a reputed pub or bar Good communication skills in English and Hindi Strong knowledge of food and beverages, especially bar menu Leadership qualities with team handling experience Presentable, energetic, and guest-focused Flexible to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays
