We are seeking a driven and hands-on Operations Manager to support the pre-opening setup, operational standardization, and staff training for upcoming outlets of The Studs Sports Bar and Grill across India. This role requires on-ground execution, an eye for operational details, and the ability to deliver training and implement SOPs as per brand guidelines. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the pre-opening operational setup for new outlets, including kitchen & bar setup, CCG inventory checks, layout compliance, and service area readiness. Ensure SOP implementation across all departments (kitchen, bar, service, hygiene, safety, etc.). Conduct on-site staff training for FOH and BOH teams on brand standards, service protocol, grooming, POS handling, and emergency preparedness. Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely execution of opening checklists . Work with the corporate team to audit trial runs , soft launches, and opening-week service performance. Monitor quality, consistency, and adherence to operational policies post-opening and report findings with recommendations. Maintain daily reporting and feedback logs to senior operations and brand managers. Requirements: 8-10 years of hands-on experience in restaurant operations, preferably in multi-outlet or franchise-based brands.
