Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Executive Chef to join our team at Viking, with 10+ years of experience in the culinary industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Oversee daily kitchen operations to ensure high-quality food production and presentation.
Develop and implement menus catering to diverse tastes and dietary requirements.
Manage inventory of ingredients and supplies to minimize waste and optimize costs.
Supervise and train junior staff members to maintain excellent customer service standards.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a reputable establishment.
Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and menu planning principles.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage teams.
Ability to work under pressure, meeting deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
Commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences through innovative cuisine.
