Role Overview: Nimaya Resort & Spa is seeking a digitally savvy Social Media Manager to lead our storytelling across platforms. This role demands aesthetic sensitivity, strategic content planning, and strong execution capabilities. You will be responsible for showcasing Nimaya’s philosophy of stillness, sensory richness, and mindful luxury through engaging content, influencer collaborations, and community growth. Key Responsibilities: Platform Management: Handle day-to-day management of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging channels. Ensure brand tone and visual identity is consistent and compelling. Content Calendar & Campaigns: Plan and execute monthly social media calendars aligned with brand campaigns, cultural moments, and resort happenings. Copywriting & Captions: Craft thoughtful, engaging, and context-rich captions and stories that bring alive the philosophy of Nimaya. Photography & Video Coordination: Coordinate with photographers, designers, and on-ground teams for real-time resort content—guest experiences, seasons, festivals, etc. Influencer & Community Engagement: Identify and engage with relevant travel, lifestyle, wellness influencers. Manage collaborations and guest-generated content. Analytics & Insights: Monitor social media performance using tools like Instagram Insights, Meta Suite, etc. Provide monthly reports with learnings and suggestions. Campaign Execution Support: Assist the brand and marketing team in digital amplification of ongoing campaigns and seasonal offers. Requirements: 1–3 years of experience in social media/content roles (preferably in hospitality, lifestyle, or wellness brands) Strong aesthetic sensibility, excellent command of English, and a pulse on cultural/digital trends Familiarity with Canva, Meta Suite, Later/Hootsuite, and content performance tools Ability to work with agility and collaborate across remote and on-ground teams Interest in luxury, wellness, and experiential travel is a big plus
