Key Responsibilities

Lead and inspire the culinary team to deliver exceptional cuisine across our restaurants, bar, spa café, in-room dining, and bespoke events.

Design menus that celebrate local produce and regional flavors while integrating contemporary global trends and wellness-focused options.

Ensure consistent excellence in food preparation, presentation, and service, aligned with Nimaya’s brand ethos.

Oversee kitchen operations: budgeting, inventory, cost management, hygiene, and food safety compliance.

Collaborate with F&B, spa, and marketing teams to create seasonal promotions, immersive dining experiences, and healthy-living menus.

Recruit, train, and mentor kitchen staff, fostering creativity and a culture of high performance.

Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to optimize resources while maintaining premium standards.

Qualifications & Experience

Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef in luxury resorts, premium hotels, or fine-dining establishments.

Expertise in multi-cuisine offerings with a focus on fresh, sustainable, and wellness-oriented cooking.

Strong leadership, organizational, and people management abilities.

Formal culinary education or hospitality management certification preferred.

Familiarity with sustainable sourcing and farm-to-table practices is an advantage.
