Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Housekeeper based in Coimbatore. The Executive Housekeeper will lead and manage the housekeeping team to ensure high cleanliness standards across all areas of the property. Responsibilities include managing laundry operations, maintaining an organized workflow, conducting regular inspections, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, managing budgets, and delivering excellent customer service. The role also involves training and mentoring team members to maintain performance standards and enhance service quality.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Laundry operations and housekeeping management to maintain cleanliness and efficiency.
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
• Excellent Organization Skills and attention to detail to manage daily operations and ensure standards are met.
• Ability to provide Training and mentorship to team members to enhance skills and service quality.
• Experience in hospitality or a related field is preferred.
• A Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related discipline is a plus.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to challenges.
