Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mandu, Madhya Pradesh for a General Manager position. The General Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the resort, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, managing staff, maintaining the facility and upholding the brand’s standards. Responsibilities include financial management, strategic planning, coordinating with different departments, vendor management, and implementing health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality management, resort or hotel operations
• Skills in financial management and budgeting
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in strategic planning and execution
• Vendor management and coordination abilities
• Knowledge of health, safety, and compliance regulations
• A Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience working in a luxury or boutique resort setting is a plus
