Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and key clients.
  • Manage key accounts and strategic partnerships.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports.

Service Operations Management

  • Oversee day-to-day service delivery operations.
  • Ensure timely and high-quality service to clients.
  • Improve service processes, efficiency, and cost control.
  • Handle major service escalations and customer complaints.

Team Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate sales and service teams.
  • Set performance targets and KPIs.
  • Conduct performance reviews and training programs.
  • Build a high-performing and customer-focused team culture.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Strengthen long-term client relationships.
  • Resolve critical client issues and negotiations.

Financial & Operational Control

  • Manage budgets, expenses, and profitability.
  • Ensure achievement of revenue and margin targets.
  • Approve pricing, discounts, and commercial terms.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Strategic Planning & Reporting

  • Participate in business planning and strategy development.
  • Provide regular performance and MIS reports to management.
  • Recommend improvements and growth initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
  • MBA preferred
  • 10–15 years experience in sales & service management
  • Prior experience in a service provider or B2B company preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
